Kim is a seasoned operations and growth strategist with decades of leadership experience across public safety, investigations, and education. She leverages her background in investigations, instructional design, and strategic development to streamline processes, optimize team performance, and scale businesses through innovative systems. Kim holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from South University and completed advanced studies in Security Studies at ECU.

As Marketing Manager for Real Estate DigiPro, she combines over five years of markeitng manager experience to help businesses expand their online presence.
