We designed and executed a professional cold email campaign using Mailchimp, targeting over 20,337 agents licensed across Louisiana.

Each email included:

  • Clean, branded design

  • A short, compelling message about commercial real estate opportunities

  • A survey with two simple questions:

    1. Are you interested in working on commercial property listings?

    2. Have you completed any commercial property transactions in the last two years?

Each response was tracked, segmented by city, and used to build a recruitment map for future outreach and follow-up.
