The Mortgage Genie is a well known mortgage finance lending company registered in England and Wales. Also an Appointed Representative of PRIMIS Mortgage Network. Their goal was to launch Meta ads campaigns focused on lead generation for mortgage refinancing, or as they call it, remortgaging. This is when someone wants to get a lower interest rate on their home or get liquid cash from their home equity. They needed a team of experts to review their campaigns to advise on optimizations for Meta advertisements and landing page revisions with a budget under $500.

Behind the Scenes

The Goal

The Mortgage Genie need our team to analyze their campaigns and landing pages. We identified a change needed on campaign objectives to Leads with Max Conversions as the goal. The campaigns also needed more than just one advertising creative due to Meta’s focus on Ai within their platform. Some text on the graphics was also too small to be read on mobile devices.

The Method

  • Ad Campaign Review: Adjusted the Meta objective from sales to Max Conversions for lead generation.

  • Asset Review: Adjusted the number of ad creatives to 3 – 5 minimum due to Meta Ai.

  • A/B testing: Ran two different groups of ads to test better conversion rates. This led us to finding the best campaign for conversion.

  • Landing Page Updates: We cut back on too much text exisitng on the landing page. Headlines were updated with proper copywriting for engagement. We changed the action button to be more direct for action.

Copywriting

We reviewed the landing page on multiple devices to test design and review copywriting. This led to finding errors that needed to be correct to better user experience and converion. We updated headlines and adjusted colors more appealing to human emotion for engagement.
